Love handles or visceral fat is the term for extra weight that accumulates over time in the body’s centre. Though there are various exercises to get rid of love handles. It may be difficult to lose love handles fat because it is located on the sides of the stomach. The exercises needed to lose the love handles, which are located above the obliques, are completely different. Being at home and doing most of the job while sitting down could cause individuals to accumulate more fat. There are several workouts that are simple to execute at home to lose your love handles and achieve a contoured waistline.
Exercises like the crab kick will tone your abs and waist. Kneel and take a seat on the mat. Your hands should be behind your back with your fingers pointing backwards. Keep your feet together. Now raise your right leg slowly while lifting your hips. Continue kicking while switching your legs one at a time. During the workout, make sure your hips are not touching the floor. After 30 seconds, continue for 3–4 more times.
Russian twists are perhaps the most successful workout for reducing love handles. Simply sit with your arms joined in front of you and your legs stretched out in front of you. Now raise your legs off the floor so that they are straight. Now, without allowing your feet to touch the ground, spin your torso in a clockwise motion with your hands. This will help you get rid of your love handles.
Lay on your right side and raise your body with your right elbow and hand, placing your left foot on top of your right foot.
Your hips and buttocks should be raised to the ceiling.

Repeat three to four times while maintaining the position for at least 10 seconds. This will aid in stretching your abdominal side muscles as well as your waist muscles.
